Paris Jazz Festival 2008 From June 7th to Jully 27th

Following our great successes of 2006 and 2007, it is an even more radiant and magnificent Festival that we wished to offer you this year. Our goal is more information, more animations, more music, more discoveries, and more stars… Always trying to match quality and quantity, we are working with the same passion and spirit since 2006, striving to serve the same purpose: let the public share an outstanding experience of music and animations, a true taste of nature and emotions.

More information, because we want to make a particular effort this year on the overall quality of the information. First and foremost, we will release the festival’s website www.parisjazzfestival2008.com no later than April 2008. In the press release book, which will be entirely available for consultation on the website, you will find detailed information on every artist of the festival. We will also especially highlight the different animations and exhibitions, 6 in total for this 2008 edition (4 in 2006 and 5 in 2007). Until now they were all stacked up together under the banner “« Animations & Expositions », they will now benefit from a specific page per animation on our site.

New in 2008: Starting at the entrances of the Parc, some special welcoming teams will inform and direct the visitors towards the various animations and will answer to all questions pertaining to the festival. Also at both entrances, you will find information panels that will recap all the information. Finally, postcard programs will be at your disposal, not only in the Parc Floral but also in all the Parks and Gardens as well as other information points of the City of Paris.

More animations for this 2008 edition, the Paris Jazz Festival developed its animations & exhibitions even further than last year. They are still articulated around the same themes: discovery, game, participation and sharing. It Is done not only through awakening the senses, but also through the awakening of curiosity, imagination and emotion. But first and foremost, our goal stays invariably, and humbly, the same. Giving you the chance to have a true "musical day" in the Parc Floral.
